Howdy everyone and happy Saturday!
I recently updated my site’s menu to include a “Me” section that’ll always be available so my fellow readers can have access to my books for free.

In any case, the first is entitled Blessings from Our Mother, which is a cathartic journey through the world of narcissism and what the author had to experience before realizing he needed to break away in order to preserve his life.
Fun times!
But thankfully this updated version is MUCH easier on the eyes (pictures, hyperlinks, and better grammar – oh my).
The second is entitled Practical Healing: A Guide to Restore Your Life, and it discusses the methodology the author used to break free from the dysfunctional programming that plagued his life (manifesting as CTPSD).
Isolation, depression, catastrophizing – mmm good stuff!
Not really, but the good news is there’s a way out!
